Perelsteih while he is temporarily totally disabled by reason of
injuries ae received on July 16, 1973, while employed by the
Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Bindings, and that
$48.00 inkfinal settlement, which covers August 1, 2, 3, 1973, is
now due and payable.
