directed to execute an agreement between Ramsey.Attion Programs and the City
of St. Paul pertaining to the formers providing funds to cover the cost
the City incures in operating forty-five (45) Recreation Centers during the
period August 13, 1973 through August 31 , 1973, and subject to the terms and
conditions of said agreement to be kept on file in the Department of Finance
and Management Services.
Financing to be handled through code 13100.
