ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, in the matter of Contract L-7607 for the construction of
the Western Avenue Stairway between Ramsey Street and Irvine Avenue, City Project
No. B-1038, First Minnesota Construction Co. , contractor, the specified date of
completion is June 1 , 1973, and due to delays caused by inclement weather, the
contractor was not able to complete the contract by said date of completion, it
is hereby
ORDERED, that the City of St. Paul , through its Mayor extends the time of comple-
tion to Septe er 1 , 1973, provided, however, that this order shall have no force
or effect unle s the sureties on the Contractor's Bond Consent thereto,and file
such consent i writing with the Director of Finance and Management Services of
the City of Sti. Paul ; and it is
FURTHERED ORDERED, that Engineering and Inspection costs will be charged to the
contractor for: such extended period.
