ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVVE ORDER, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul , by Ordinance
No. 13614, has established the procedure to be used in conducting a Dutch elm
disease control program for the City of St. Paul, and under such control program
has listed those things determined to be a public nuisance when found within the
City of St. P�ul; and
The City Forester has indicated that conditions exist on
the attached list of properties that he believes to be a public nuisance; now
be it
Ordered, that the conditions described by the City Forester
on the attached list of properties be declared a public nuisance and the City
Forester is hereby authorized and directed to send out the proper notices and
cause the nui ances to be abated in accordance with procedures established in
Section 5 of rdinance No. 13614.
