ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that Leo Posel be paid the sum of $1,732. 50
out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
for compepnsation resulting from his injury of January 11, 1970,
while emplloyed by the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of
Fire Protection, whereby he suffered a 121% permanent partial
disability to his right knee; that of said sum, $1 ,732. 50 is
now due and payable.
