That the proper officials at the Saint Paul Department
of Pubic Safety are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a lease agreement for computer terminals with the
GTE Corporation; said lease to reflect a maximum monthly
rental charge of $1,241.00 and,
FURTHER ORDERED that this contract may be entered into
without competitive bidding as the items being leased are
patented and may be procured from only one source.
