ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, a Building Permit has been issued to Beaver Builders, Inc. ,
on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. James Selchow, for Lot 1, Block 1, Sundgren Addition,
for which a SAC Charge has been collected in the amount of $275.00 as evidenced
by Department of Finance and Management Services Receipt No. A85, dated May 7,
1973; andf
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Selchow are unable to complete their building
plans and have cancelled their building contract with said Beaver Builders, Inc. with
the result that the Building Permit as originally issued has also been cancelled;
In view of the above, the Director of the Department of Finance and
Management Services is directed to refund the amount of $275.00 previously
collected for Sewer Service Availability Charges, to Beaver Builders, Inc. , 888 Hadley
Lane, North St. Paul, Minnesota, 55119, and to further report said cancellation
and refund to the Metropolitan Sewer Board for proper recordation.
