ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That pending resolution of the award of towing
contracts to private towing firms for services to be provided to the
City of Saint Paul, City officials are hereby authorized, for a
period of sixty days, to use the services of Twin City Towing and
Art' s Towin ' providing these firms furnish their services at the
rate submited by sealed bid in May, 1973; and, be it
FURTHER ORDERED, That no contract exists between the City of Saint
Paul and these two firms for the services provided hereunder are in
assistance of the City pending the resolution of contractual duties.
