That the Mayor hereby approves and directs the
pro er city officials to make the proper bookkeeping
entties in deducting the estimated sum of $1500 from
thePCivic Center Promotion Fund; said charge being
for the free use of the Theatre Section on May 20, 1973
from 3:00 to 5:00 PM in C-1 and C-2 for a public meeting
sponsoring Reverend Morton A. Hill by the Knights of
Coltmbus; and the free use having been approved by the
Civ�c Center Authority by its resolution 675.7
