WHEREAS the Memorial Day Association is conducting
a parade in honor of Memorial Day on the evening of May 24, 1973,
and,
WHEREAS the Memorial Day Association through its assistant
chairman, Oscar Sather, has requested permission to temporarily
injstall a reviewing stand in the parking lot of the Public Health
I
Cuter, 555 Ceddr Street, for the purpose of reviewing said parade.

NOW THEREFORE be It ordered that permission be granted
thb Memorial Day Association to make such use of said parking lot
. during such evening hours after 6:00 p.m. , May 24, 1973 as may be
necessary for the use intended above.
