ADMINISTRATI E ORDER, That Harvey Kern be paid the sum of $3,937- 50
out of th� Workmen' s Compensation"Account of the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of May 29, 1967, while
employed by the Department of Public Works, whereby he suffered
a 25% permanent partial disability to his back, subject to the
conditions set forth below; be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that out of the aforesaid compensation, 25/ or
$984. 38, which represents attorney' s fees, be deducted and withheld
pending order of the Minnesota Industrial Commission directing
payment to a designated party not yet named, and the remaining
balance of the aforesaid compensation, $2,953. 12, be paid directly
to Harvey Kern.
