ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
That the Director of the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and
directed to p epare plans, obtain surveys, prepare estimates and investigate the
necessity to �onstruct/reconstruct the sidewalks on the following streets and do
all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement:
East side of Johnson Parkway from Jessamine Ave. to Maryland Ave. and
South side of Maryland Ave. from east line of N.P. Railroad right-of-way
to Burnquist St.
North side of Jessamine Ave. from Prosperity Ave. to east line of Lot 15 and 16,
Block 3, Kiefer Park.
Both sides of' Maryland Ave. from east line of Burnquist St. and its extension
to Duluth St.
South side of Maryland Ave. from Clarence St. to east property line of N.P. R.R.
Overpass.

preliminary order and schedule this matter for public hearing.
