That the Mayor hereby approves and directs the
proper city officials to make the proper bookkeeping entries
in deducting the necessary charges from the Civic Center
Promotio4 Fund; said charges being for the free use of
75 to 80parking spaces for delegates to the Fall Conference
of the Department of Parks and Recreation and Public
Buildings on November 7, 8, and 9, 1973, and the free
use having been approved by the Civic Center Authority
by its resolution 664.
