ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
That the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed
to execute, on behalf of the City of St. Paul , Supplemental Agreement
No. 1 (a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference) between the City and the State of Minnesota, Department of
Highways, which supplements Agreement No. 57121 (executed 8-28-72) be-
tween the same two parties covering the costs, operation and mainte-
nance of upgrading traffic signals on University Avenue from Rice Street
to Franklin Avenue. This Supplemental Agreement provides for the addi-
tional installation of street light units on the signal mast arm pales.
The costs estimated in Agreement No. 57121 are considered sufficient to
cover the additional costs for said street light installation.
