ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
In the matter of improving Luella St. from Maryland Ave. to 210' South of
centerline of Maryland Avenue.
Grade and surface with bituminous material and construct concrete curb and
gutter on Luella St. from Maryland Ave. to 210' South of centerline of
Maryland Ave. G-2031 .
Condemn and take an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and
fills, including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or
remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of
slopes in the grading and surfacing of Luella St. from Maryland Ave. to 210'
South of centerline of Maryland Ave. , said easements to remain in effect
for a period of one year commencing on the date of ratification of the order
(G-2031) .
The Director of Finance is hereby directed to prepare the preliminary order
and schedule this matter for public hearing.
