authorized and directed to execute a contract between the City
of Saint Paul and Legal Assistance of Ramsey County, Inc. ,
wherein the latter will provide legal defense services for
criminal misdemeanants on the terms and conditions as set forth,
a copy of said contract being kept on file in the Finance and
Accounting Division office.
