In the matter of acquiring highway and temporary construction easements in the
City of St. Paul to open, widen, and extend CAPP ROAD from Vandalia Street to Hersey
Street (City Project P-0555R) on, over, and across the lands described on the attached
Exhibit A:
The Bureau of Valuations is hereby authorized and instructed to acquire said
described lands as provided by law. The estimated amount of acquisition is $28,500.00
to be financed from Municipal State Aid (M.S.A.) Funds.
