ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, Street & Sewer Construction
That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to prepare
plans, obtain surveys, prepare estimates and investigate the necessity to grade,
and surface Edgemont St. from cul-de-sac So. of Wheelock Pkwy. to Wheelock Pkwy.
and Hoyt Ave. from Westminster St. to Soo Line R.R.
Also, to construct a public storm sewer in HOYT AVE. from Westminster St. to the
Soo Line R.R. ; and in an easement to be obtained along the Soo Line R.R. from Hoyt
Ave. to Wheelock Pkwy.; and in an easement to be obtained from Westminster St. to
the above mentioned cul-de-sac.
Also, to construct a public sanitary sewer in the above mentioned easement from
Westminster St. to the cul-de-sac; and in EDGEMONT ST.-'from the cul-de-sac to
Wheelock Pkwy.
