ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, The Council of the City of St. Paul , by Resolution, C.F. No. 260628,
approved February 7, 1973 indicated its approval of the City's entering into
a cooperative agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways,
whereby the City will contribute the sum of $10,000.00 to the State for the
purpose of making a study of the economic impact of continuing or discontinu-
ing Inters to Highway 35E between the Downtown and West Seventh Street areas;
NOW, there ore, be it hereby
ORDERED, That the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to
execute, on behalf of the City of St. Paul , an Agreement (No. 57357), (a copy
of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference), between the
City and the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, providing for the con-
tribution by the City of the sum of $10,000.00 for its share of the costs Of
said economic impact study. Said $10,000.00 shall be paid from P. I.R. Fund
Code 60000, which shall be reimbursed from the Public Works Contingency Fund,
and shall be accounted for under Department of Public Works Project No. ;x-1168.
