ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
In the matter of improving Birmingham St. from E. 7th St. to York Ave. (City
Project G-2019 & S-1487)
Grade and surface with bituminous material and construct concrete curb and gutter
on Birmingham St. from E. 7th St. to York St. Also construct a sewer for storm
water purposes. Also construct water and sewer service connections (G-2019)
Condemn and take an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills,
including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof,
cAsioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and surfacing
Birmingham St. from E. 7th St. to York Ave., said easements to remain in effect
for a period of one year commencing on the date of ratification of the order (G-2019)
Construct a sanitary sewer in Birmingham St. from E. 7th A Ave. (S-1487)
The Director of Finance is hereby directdd to prepare the preliminary order and
schedule this matter for public hearing.
