ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
•
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that pursuant to the Award of the Minnesota
Industrial Commission dated December 26, 1972, the sum of
$17,886.00 left after deducting attorney' s fees and costs and
deducting the excess funeral expense, the City of Saint Paul
herein shall pay a lump sum of $1,680.00 which is the equivalent
of 21 weeks of compensation and equivalent to payment up
through December 27, 1972, directly to Lorraine Wegwerth, widow
of John Wegwerth, deceased employee of the Department of Public
Works, who died on August 3, 1972, for herself and for the support,
use and benefit of Paul Wegwerth, Sheryl Wegwerth, Mary Wegwerth,
Peter Wegwerth, David Wegwerth, Dawn Wegwerth and Rita Wegwerth,
minor dependent children of deceased employee, John H. Wegwerth;
and, be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that of the remaining sum of $16,206.00, the
City of Saint Paul herein shall pay that entire sum to the First
State Bank of St. Paul , Minnesota, and that said bank shall
establish an account in the name of Lorraine Wegwerth and that
each four weeks said bank shall pay to Lorraine Wegwerth out
of this account the sum of $320.00 and that Lorraine Wegwerth
is to use these sums for the support and welfare of herself
• and the minor dependent children previously named above, all
in accordance with the Workmen' s Compensation Law of Minnesota
and subject to further order of this Commission, and the said
bank shall establish an account that will pay the highest interest
possible compatible with the periodicpayments ordered herein.
