ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
The Bureau of Valuations acting pursuant to resolution of the Council,
C.F. No. 259206, approved July 10, 1972, has secured an agreement to purchase
that certain tract of land designated as Parcel No. 1 in said resolution for
compensation in the amount of $23,000.00.
Therefore, the Bureau of Valuations is directed to proceed with the necessary
action to consummate the acquisition of said land.
The said sum of $23,000.00 is to be paid from PIR Fund Code 6000-502 (L-7238),
to be reimbursed from Fund 9769-460-005.
