ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
The Saint Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hereby authorized to
construct two temporary traffic diverters (as per their plan titled STREET DIVERTER,
Dated December 8, 1972 and on file with the Department of Public Works) on City of
St. Paul street right-of-way at the intersection of Palace Avenue and View Street
and the intersection of Palace Avenue and Bay Street.
The above mentioned temporary traffic diverters are intended to function as a
test for traffic control and shall remain in place until the Department of Public
Works and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority determine their effectiveness,
at which time the Housing and Redevelopment Authority shall cause the removal of
said traffic diverters.
