SUMMARY ABATEMENT
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, THAT
WHEREAS , The Department of Public Buildings issued order to William
J. Hughes on November 11, 1972 and December 5, 1972 requesting the
abatement of the hereinafter described nuisance with the later
order stating that the owner may appeal it; and as, of December 20,
1972 said nuisance remains and no appeal has been filed,
Pursuant Ordiance No. 15154, the Bureau of Public Buildings acting
through the Department of Public Works is authorized and directed to
remove and abate the following nuisance:
REFUSE IN REAR YARD
from the property at 283 Erie described as Lot 26, Block 3, Stinson's
Subdivision of Block 3, (05-70400-260-03) , The Department of Public
Works is directed to charge all costs incurred to Fund Number 0272
and to report these costs to the Finance Department so that they
may be charged against the real estate as a special assessment.
