ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, In the matter of that certain contract formerly known as
Comptroller's Contract L-7546 for Grading, Surfacing, and Concrete Curb and Gutter
CONWAY STREET from Luella Street to Jayne Street and LUELLA STREET from Wilson Avenue
to Conway Street and construction of a storm sever, City Project No. 72-G-16o6 and
72-G-1618, T. A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc. , Contractor, the specified date of completion
is September 1, 1972, and due to delays caused by public utility companies the con-
tractor was not able to complete the contract by said date of completion, it is
hereby
ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul, through its Mayor, extends the time of completion
to July 15, 1973, provided however, that this Order shall have no force or effect unless
the sureties on the Contractor's bond consent thereto and file such consent in writing
with the Head of the Finance Department of the City of Saint Paul; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul hereby waives all claim for liquidated
damages and that no engineering and inspection costs on this project will be charged
to the Contractor for such extended period.
