The Director of the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare plans, obtain surveys, prepare an estimate of costs and
determine need for additional easements or right-of-way for the construction
of the Alley in Blk. 3, J. N. Roger's 4th Addition, and further to report his
findings and recommendation on this matter to the Director of Finance.
