Division (G-1712) as follows:
Grade and surface with bituminous material the alley in BLK. 2
Deer Park Division from Jackson St. to Agate St.
Condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for the
slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral
support from subject land or remainder thereof occasioned by
excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and
surfacing with bituminous material the alley in BLK. 2, Deer
Park Division from Jackson St. to Agate St.
The Department of Finance is hereby directed to bring this matter
before the City Council for public hearing.
