Ave. from Van Dyke St. to Hazel St. (City Project G-1940 as follows:
Fine Grade & Surface with bituminous material and construct concrete curb
and gutter on Hazel St. from Wilson Ave. to E. 3rd St. Also construct sewer
service connections and water service connections.
