Building Permit No. D-139340, issued for the construction of a two-family house
at 459-61 Otis, and.
Further that Daniel T. Bowler & Son was charged. $124. 14
for Building Permit No. D-139342, issued for the construction of a two-family
house at 453-55 Otis; and
Whereas, both said. permits have subsequently been rescinded
because of neighborhood problems and density requirements,
ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul be directed. to reimburse
Daniel T. Bowler and Son the net amount of $248. 28 which sum had previously been
paid for said permits.
