Recreation is authorized on an emergency basis to use the facilities of the American
Solid Waste Systems, Midway Transfer Station to dispose of park refuse at a cost of
$1.25 per cubic yard.
Phoenix Industries, Inc., 6440 Flying Cloud Drive, Eden Prairie, Minnesota
facilities at their Pine Bend Landfill area are authorized to dispose of logs from
the tree removal program on an emergency basis at a cost of $27.00 for 30 yards.
