ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
The Director of Public Works is directed to investigate the necessity
for constructing the 6th STREET RELOCATION from W. 7th St. to Main St.and
the W. 7th STREET REALIGNMENT from Kellogg Blvd to 6th St. He is
authorized to obtain surveys, prepare preliminary plans and make cost
estimates. If he determines that these projects are necessary, he shall
submit these, along with his recommendation, to the Mayor.
