John Fletcher, The Como Zoo Director, has been authorized to attend
the 1972 American Association. of Zoological Parks and Aquariums Convention
at Portland, Oregon, October lst thru 5th.
I am hereby further authorizing John Fletcher to negotiate for the
sale of "Surplus" Animals as indicated below and to negotiate for the purchase
of "Want" Animals as also indicated below. Final confirmation of any sale
or purchase is to be confirmed by the City of St. Paul Purchasing Department
at the time of sale or purchase or as soon as possible.
Funding: Animal Purchase Fund, Code 3750.
