ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that pursuant to the Award of the Minnesota
Industrial Commission, dated August 29, 1972, Marvin L. Staples
be paid in accordance with the JD provisions of Section 12.0
of the St. Paul City Charter for the period of 7 3/5 weeks between
December 29, 1971 and February 20, 1972, when he was temporarily
totally disabled and, further, when said JD benefits under Section
12. 10 of the St. Paul City Charter have been used, compensation at
the rate of $80.00 per week be paid Marvin L. Staples for disability
resulting from an injury of December 21 , 1971, while employed by
the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Fire Protection; and
be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that reimbursement be made to Blue Shield of
Minnesota in the amount of $170.00 and to Minnesota Hospital Service
Association in the amount of $837.70 for payment of medical
expenses in connection with the injury of December 21 , 1971.
