ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
Whereas, The City of Saint Paul desires a study of 1973 sewer service
rates for the purposes of establishing proper rate structures to pay such
charges as may be assessed the City by the Metropolitan Sewer Board and to
maintain and administrate the City's sewer system and
Whereas, The City desires to analyze such rate structures with respect
to all classes of sewer users: commercial , residential , and industrial ; it
is hereby
Ordered that the Department of Public Works conduct such a study
utilizing the records of the Water Department in conjunction with the
services of Ramsey County Data Processing, at the rates established in
County Board File No. 1653 as amended, such services to be paid for from
E-1078 Sewer Service Rate Development, Fund 1214.
