ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
ORDERED, That the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed
to execute, on behalf of the City of St. Paul , an Agreement between the City
and the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways', providing for the cost ,
maintenance and operation of upgrading the traffic signals on Trunk Highway 12
(University Avenue) from Rice Street to Franklin Avenue in the City of St. Paul ,
a copy of said Agreement being attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference; and be it further
ORDERED, That the construction, engineering and inspection costs incurred
by the City under the terms of said Agreement shall be paid from P. I .R. Fund
Code 6000. Said fund shall be reimbursed from 1972 M.S.A. Funds , 1972 County
Aid Funds and 1972 C. I .B. Funds for the City's share of the costs , estimated
as a sum of $105,852.98, and from State Trunk Highway Funds for the State' s
share of the costs , estimated as a sum of $132,147.02. All costs shall be
accounted for under Department of Public Works Project No. T-1021A.
