ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
ORDERED, That the proper city officers are hereby authorized and directed
to execute, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul , an Agreement between the City
and the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, providing for the dis-
position of costs of revision, maintenance and operation of a traffic signal
1Yv'� on Trunk Highway 49 (Rice Street) at Wheelock Parkway, and the costs of
installation, maintenance and operation of a traffic signal and street lights
on Trunk Highway 3 at Trunk Highway 56 (Concord Street) , a copy of said
Agreement being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and be
it further
ORDERED, That the Construction, Engineering and Inspection costs incurred
by the City of Saint Paul under the terms of this Agreement shall be paid
from the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 6000. Said fund shall
be reimbursed from the Public Works Contingency Fund or the 1973 Capital
Improvement Bond Fund, if proper funds are therefor allocated in the 1973
C. I .B. program. Said costs are estimated in the sum of $15 ,900.00, and shall be
accounted for under Department of Public Works Project No. T-1055.
