ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that Charles J. Lake, Jr. , be paid the sum of
$519.75 out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul for
compensation resulting from his injury of August 20, 1971, while
employed by the Department of Libraries and Civic Buildings, whereby
he suffered a 5/ permanent partial disability to his left ankle; that
of said sum, $519.75 is now due and payable.
