ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That deductions which might prove to. be necessary
to the Improvement,described as 'a Sanitary Sewer in BURLINGTON ROAD from Springside
Drive to McKnight Road and in MCKNIGHT ROAD from Burlington Road to 2100 feet north,
formerly known as Comptroller's Contract L&7461, City Project No. 71-S=1433, F.
Morettini Construction Company, Contractor, have.been provided for in the .specifica-
tions. and since the sewer terminated 75 feet. south- of the planned termination point,
-there is ..a deduction from the contract-as follows:
DEDUCTION
8-Inch V.C.P. (E. S.) 75 lin. .ft. @ $ 1.16 = $ 87.00
Laying and jointing 75 lin. ft. @ - 0.80 60:00
Trench excavation 83 cu. yd. @ 3.50 = 290.50
TOTAL DEDUCTION = $437.50
The total deduction is $437.50, and the Head of the Department of Public- Works has
• agreed .with the Contractor that the amount of $437.50 is the correct -sum to be
deducted from said contract, it is hereby
ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul, through its Mayor, approves the fore-
going deductions made in accordance with the specifications in the sum of•_$437.50,
said amount to. be deducted from the lump sum consideration named in the. 'contract, - .
formerly.known as Comptroller's Contract L=7461.
