Morettini Construction Company, Contractor, have.been provided for in the .specifica- tions. and since the sewer terminated 75 feet. south- of the planned termination point, -there is ..a deduction from the contract-as follows: DEDUCTION 8-Inch V.C.P. (E. S.) 75 lin. .ft. @ $ 1.16 = $ 87.00 Laying and jointing 75 lin. ft. @ - 0.80 60:00 Trench excavation 83 cu. yd. @ 3.50 = 290.50 TOTAL DEDUCTION = $437.50 The total deduction is $437.50, and the Head of the Department of Public- Works has • agreed .with the Contractor that the amount of $437.50 is the correct -sum to be deducted from said contract, it is hereby ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul, through its Mayor, approves the fore- going deductions made in accordance with the specifications in the sum of•_$437.50, said amount to. be deducted from the lump sum consideration named in the.
