ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
That the Director of the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare plans, obtain surveys, prepare. estimates and- investigate
the necessity to construct and/or .reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of
Portland Ave. from Victoria St. to Oxford St. and by doing all other work which
is necessary. and incidental to complete said. improvement—

This order was initiated by the Director of Public Works as on the basis of inspection
of walk.
This walk is old tile and poured concrete with tree heaves, broken tile, high joints,
tripping hazards, water pockets, holes in tile, missing tile, high longitudinal joints,
offgrade, asphalt patches, disintegrated, cracked concrete panels, scaled and tipped
panels.
The Engineering recommendation is for approval of the order.
Remarks: Summit-University Area.
