ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, The State of Minnesota, acting through its Commis-
sioner of Highways, has agreed to contract with the City of Saint Paul,
whereby the City will maintain for the period of July 1, 1972, through
June 30, 1973, certain specified portions of State Trunk Highways located
within the City limits, and the State will reimburse the City for such
normal maintenance work at the rate of $12250.00 per equivalent lane mile;
now, therefore, it is hereby
ORDERED, That the proper City officers are authorized to execute
said Agreement on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
