ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
• ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, in the matter of Finance Department Contract L-7468, City Project
No. M-0530, for Ornamental Lighting System in Thomas-Dale Area, Hoffmann Electric Co. ,
the specified date of completion is June 1 , 1972, and,
WHEREAS, the contractor has prosecuted the work diligently but it was not possible
to complete the contract by said date of completion, therefore by:
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, the proper city officials'be and are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an amendment to said contract extending the time of completion
to August 15, 1972, provided however, that this Order shall have no force or effect
unless the sureties on the contractor's bond consent in writing with the Finance
Department and by sl-;h:
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, the City of Saint Paul waives all claim for liquidated
damage and that no Engineering and Inspection costs on this project will be charged
to the contractor for such extended period.
