ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
ORDERED, That the Acting Director of the Department of Public Works of the
City of St. Paul be and is hereby authorized and directed to make application
to the Minnesota State Public Service Commission for the approval of the Plans
for the construction of two new highway bridges :
1 . MHD Bridge No. 62525, carrying Maryland Avenue over the tracks and
right-of-way of the Soo Line Railroad Company, and
2. MHD Bridge No. 62526, carrying Maryland Avenue over the tracks
and right-of-way of Burlington Northern, Inc.
Said bridge construction Plans are included in the Plans for the widening,
grading and bridges of MARYLAND AVE. - Jackson St. to I .S. 35E, known as
City Project No. P-0526A.
