ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the Im-
provement described as CEDAR STREET AT FOURTH STREET SEWER REVISIONS,
Comptroller' s Contract L-7482, City Project No. 71-S-1214, Axel Newman
Heating & Plumbing Co. , Inc. , Contractor, have been provided for in
the Specifications; and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions:
ADDITIONS
As per attached Contract Change Agreement No. 1 $579.36
and
WHEREAS, The total addition is $579.36, and the Acting Head of the
Department of Public Works has agreed with the Contractor that the amount
of $579.36 is the correct sum to be added to said contract; therefore, it
is hereby
ORDERED, That the Mayor of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve
the foregoing additions made in accordance with the Specifications in the
sum of $579. 36, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration
named in the contract, known as Comptroller' s Contract L-7482, and which
amount is to be financed from 1972 City' s Share of Local Improvements,
0920-461.
