ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of
the Water Department Fund weekly compensation of $80.00 be paid John
Hernandez while he is temporarily totally disabled by reason of injuries
he received on June 27, 1972, while employed by the Water Department
and that $32.00 in final settlement, to and including July 4, 1972,
is now due and payable.
