ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, additions which' -might prove to be necessary in the
Improvement described as -MODIFICATIONS TO THE -BROADWAY PUMPING
STATION, Comptroller' s Contract L-7392, City Project No. 71-14-
0498A, Axel Newman Heating & Plumbing Company, Inc. , Contractor,
have been provided for in the Specifications, and it has been
found necessary to make the following Additions
ADDITIONS
Furnish & Install Cast Aluminum Light Fixtures in pump room
• 2 fixtures @ $100.50 = $201.00
. .Lower float switch approximately 7 ft. from planned location
Labor and. material = $111.00
TOTAL ADDITION = $312.00
and
• WHEREAS, the total addition is $312.00, and the Acting Head of
the Department of Public Works has agreed with the Contractor that
the amount of $312.00 is the correct sum to be added. to said contract,
therefore it is hereby
ORDERED, That the Mayor' of the City of Saint Paul approves the -
foregoing additions made in accordance with the Specifications in
the sum of $.312.00, said amount to be added to the lump sum con-
sideration named in the contract, - known as. Comptroller's -Contract'
L-7392," and_ which amount is to be _finance from interceptor Sewer
Fund 2232.
