ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That Edward E. Fitzgerald be paid the sum of
$1,102. 50 out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General
Fund in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
for compensation resulting from his injuries of June 30, 1971, while
in the employ of the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police,
whereby he suffered a 20% permanent partial disability to his back;
that $1 ,102.50 for 5% permanent partial disability to the back is
now due and payable; 15% permanent partial disability to the back
having been paid previously.
