be granted to Edward Williams on August 26, 1972 with a rain date
of August 27, 1972 for an Amateur Wrestling Benefit on the following
terms:
$300.00 flat fee to include lights, electrician
and custodian. All other expenses pertaining to
setup and attendant service to be paid by the
lessee.
