ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, The Department of Public Works is
hereby authorized and directed to cause the necessary sidewalk to be
reconstructed to facilitate a change in grade at the location listed
below by Mario Frasson Cement Co. , Inc. under their annual sidewalk
contract for District No. 1, known as Finance Contract L No. 7520,
at a cost not to exceed $45.00, based on the unit prices bid for
monolithic concrete sidewalk and other work incidental thereto which
cost is to be charged against the P.I.R. Fund to be reimbursed from
1972 City' s Share of Local Improvement Fund, Code 0920-461.
