is breaking apart.
ADVANTAGES IF APPROVED:
Limestone at foundation and chimney will be replaced with new stone, preventing
further deterioration.
DISADVANTAGES IF APPROVED:
None.
DISADVANTAGES IF NOT APPROVED:
Limestone will continue to deteriorate at these areas and may be costly to replace
in the future.
