Roof and skylight edge will be water ight by applying Nervistrol Sheeting prior to base flashing and metal flashing. New metal coping will replace existing and prevent water seepage into block wall. DISADVANTAGES IF APPROVED: NONE DISADVANTAGES IF NOT APPROVED: New skylights will be out of level and edge of roof and skylight would be prone to water seepage.
